Things That I Have Been Paid to Do:
1990s: Walk a runway with a bunch of other kids so my parents would buy me The Sims 2.
2000s: Plug in big lights and point them at soap opera stars for the Hallmark Channel.
2010s: Buy a bunch of free shit for Tom Hardy, who was already rich, because it was in his rider.
2020s: Rent out equipment to all sorts of no-budget productions from a parking lot in Burbank.
Things That I Have Wanted to Do:
1990s: Become the new Blue Power Ranger and get my own triceratops.
2000s: Listen to my grandma’s very ambitious career advice.
2010s: Get good at telling a story. Find a medium to tell that story.
2020s: Join the creative department at a super awesome agency.
Things That I Have Needed to Do:
1990s: Accept that I am not Power Rangers material.
2000s: Stop listening to old people, start thinking for myself.
2010s: Write. A lot. And stop procrastinating.
2020s: My laundry.
